- 1 box cake mix ( any flavor)
- 8 (oz) cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp milk
Bake the cake until done, cool in refrigerator, when it is completely cool, crumble into large bowl with a fork until it is fine crumbs.
In a separate bowl whip the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and milk, until smooth. Pour into cake mix, and mix with spoon until you are able to roll dough into a ball on your hand.
When the mix is done, refrigerate until firm
Cake Pops
- Lollipop sticks (found at Michael's, JoAnn's, or other craft stores
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 12 ounces white chocolate bark
- Edible wax (optional)
- Colored sugars, candies, and other decorative sprinkles
Repeat until you've used up all the mixture. As each sheet fills up, put it in the freezer so that the balls harden.
Dip hardened cake balls, into melted chocolate, candy chips etc, and decorate however you like.
